ABOUT US:

Founded in 2008, The Autumn Group is a fast pace and rapidly growing company looking for a Business Development Manager who is high energy, enthusiastic and motivated to build relationships with high level decision makers while collaborating with our sales team on a daily basis.

ABOUT YOU:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing a database of qualified clients that will use The Autumn Groups service. Your success is based primarily on your own motivation and willingness to apply the skills needed in order to close deals. In order to succeed, you need: confidence, strong verbal and communication skills that will help you build and maintain relationships with your clients over the phone and in person, and highly motivated, positive attitude and excellent negotiation skills.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO:

  • Develop relationships with clients at all levels, over the phone or meeting in person
  • Have strong negotiation skills and be able to negotiate contracts with clients
  • Network within clients companies and build a strong database of clients that will use our services
  • Ability to communicate requisition information efficiently to recruiter and other staff members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work well in a team-selling and collaborative environment
  • Use our CRM and enter all information such as: appointments, calls, and any other pertinent activity
  • Work well under pressure

REQUIREMENTS/PLUS:

  • College degree is a must
  • Consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Industry knowledge is not required, but a plus
