IT Business Analyst/Validation Analyst– Elpro System Upgrade
• Experience in pharma
• Validation experience
• Good communication experience
• Technical experience
• Strong business requirements and process mapping skills/experience.
• Strong software validation experience.
• Prior experience with implementing Vendor SAAS solutions
• Strong SDLC experience, good software development practices experience and skills
• Experience in managing small projects from start to finish
• Excellent facilitation, collaboration and verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior work in a global Life Sciences environment is preferred.
• Work with Clinical Drug Supply users & stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and business process flows.
• Work with both IT and business partners to develop business requirements and process improvements.
• Assist our business partners in developing and implementing procedures.
• Provide weekly status updates on progress towards deliverables and milestones.
• Contribute to the development of SDLC documents including user requirements, functional/design specification, test scripts and traceability matrix.
• Manage the testing cycles including both System and User Acceptance testing cycles.
• Manage across multiple business functions to gather required information and drive consensus where required.
• Understand and remediate risks and escalate issues to leadership for engagement and resolution.
