Business and Process Analysis 
o Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, tasks and workflow analysis. 
o Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. 
o Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), iii. Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs) 
o Utilize experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required. 
o Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously 
o Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of project managers 
o o Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into requirements for developing IT applications and systems. 
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. 
o Serve as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. 
o Analyze moderately complex systems and business 
o Assist in the business process redesign of moderately complex business processes and documentation as needed for new technology 
o Support two or more areas of business processes and/or technologies 

• Change Management 
o Participate in the identification and planning of significant business/process changes relative to the implementation of new systems 
o Demonstrate a good understanding of the disciplines and approaches of organizational change and establishes the initial organizational change agenda. 


Minimum Requirements: 

• BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. 
• Experience 10+ years of IT analysis experience 
• Specific job skills: 
o Demonstrates superior written and oral communication skills. 
o • Demonstrates knowledge of application development and system implementation 
• Adheres to software development methodology 
• Demonstrates knowledge of project management methodology 
• Demonstrate knowledge in gathering business requirement and create UAT scripts.
