Desktop Role – 

related equipment set up and troubleshooting related problems; also responsible for activities on shared processing computers, peripheral equipment, and operating system. Investigates problems with software applications, diagnoses root causes and works with teams for resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 10
  • Working knowledge of automated patch management techniques
  • Working knowledge of network connectivity, VMware, vSphere and Windows Servers
  • Strong office and computer support skills as well as organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with and contribute to a work group or team to complete assigned tasks
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely and effectively
  • Ability to enter, transcribe, record, store or maintain information in either written or electronic form
  • Working knowledge of Smartphones and tablets
  • Knowledge of network protocols, technologies, services and monitoring tools
