Job Summary Develops implements and maintains methods operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts components sub assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimates manufacturing cost determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. Maintains records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations. General Profile Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills. Builds knowledge of the company processes and customers. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction. Functional Knowledge Applies expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities. Business Expertise Understands key business drivers and is aware of the competition; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Leadership No supervisory responsibilities but provides guidance to new team members. Minimum Required Experience 2 - 4 years

Required skills, knowledge:
• Basic understanding of technical drawings
• Basic technical understanding (Laser marking, Verification)
• Logical thinking
• Organizing skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and schedule Engineering Changes by SKU, by franchise, US class, EU class.
• Track changes and updates to the overall tracking file/database.
• Develop, revise and publish Engineering Change Request (ECR) process with Configuration Analysts, for EUMDR Regulation changes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete EUMDR Technical File revisions.
• Prepare training materials and execute workshops.
• Investigate and correct parts set up in Matrix & SAP, to assure completeness and correction of all batch classifications fields.
