TAG’s Candidate Referral Program!
CANDIDATE REFERRAL PROGRAM!
With our candidate referral incentives, everyone benefits. It is our policy to pay a referral fee to anyone who refers a top candidate who is ultimately hired for one of our open positions and completes 160 working hours. $250 for the 1st placement, $500 for the 2nd, and $1000 for the third!
Employees involved in the hiring decision for a position are not eligible for referral awards for that position. If the candidate you refer is hired, you will receive a referral award after the new employee has worked for The Autumn Group for 160 days. Only one referral award can be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral received will be the one rewarded if the candidate is hired. Contact us for more information.
