I recently wrote a blog post with this same title that was directed toward current and potential clients, companies looking for resources to help them meet existing and future objectives. In that post, I tried to share what I’ve learned over the years about how to find the best staffing organization to partner with. In this post, I want to talk about the same thing, only from the point of view of a consultant.
When you are decided on which staffing company to work with, look for a company that does the following things:

If the only time you hear from the staffing company is the day you report to an assignment and the day you roll off, then you are with the wrong company.
