The Autumn Group is a leader in the IT staffing industry in placing IT professionals.  Our business has gone through consistent growth for almost 10 years.  We are now ranked as the 13^th fastest private growing company in NH by INC.  We were recently awarded the TechServe Award of Excellence for outstanding performance, productivity, and a commitment to continuous improvement in IT staffing solutions.  We are expanding and now have a new location in sunny Orlando, FL.  We are adding three Sales Development Representatives to our team.

When your day-to-day routine contributes to this important work, it’s easy to get excited about what you do!  We are seeking a sales leader who wants to be part of our award-winning culture.  As a Sales Development Representative, you will be able to reach ambitious goals, while identifying opportunities for growth and development.  Our philosophy is to grow our people from within, but due to the tremendous increases in our business, we currently find the need to hire from the outside.  

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree – preferably in Business Administration
• 1+ years’ experience
• Self-motivated

The Autumn Group is based out of Windham, NH.  Our new office will be in Orlando, Florida. Our company is filled with people that want to see you succeed and will become your mentors along the way. We have a stigma-breaking, obstacle-crushing atmosphere and are not your typical IT staffing firm.
