Founded in 2008, The Autumn Group is a fast pace and rapidly growing company looking for a talented recruiter who is high energy, enthusiastic and eager to build relationships with consultants while collaborating with our sales team on a daily basis.
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for generating a database of qualified candidates for our clients’ openings. Your success is based primarily on your own motivation and willingness to apply the skills needed in order to close deals. In order to succeed, you need: confidence, strong verbal and written communication skills that will help you build and maintain relationships with your candidates over the phone and in person, and highly motivated and positive attitude.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Recruit quality candidates for roles specific to Information Technology Industry
- Phone screen, then interview to identify strong candidates to place in contract/direct positions with our clients’ openings
- Maintain a database of quality consultants, and the ability to follow up on a regular basis
- Gather leads that will help build database of consultants either through social media or networking
- Cold calling potential candidates and generating interest in clients’ positions
- The ability to think outside the box in order to get new candidates or close deals
- Negotiate pay rates with candidates
- College degree is a must
- Past recruiting experience is preferred
- Ability to make 100 + calls a day
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Industry knowledge is not required, but is a plus
