Founded in 2008, The Autumn Group is a fast pace and rapidly growing company looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is high energy, enthusiastic and eager to build relationships with clients while collaborating with our sales team on a daily basis.


As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for uncovering qualified clients that use or have used firms like ourselves for any staff augmentation. Looking for a candidate who is a true “hunter”. Your success is based primarily on your own motivation and willingness to apply the skills needed in order to close deals and build rapport. In order to succeed, you need: confidence, strong verbal and written communication skills that will help you build and maintain relationships with your clients over the phone, highly motivated and positive attitude and the drive to want to reach and exceed goals and expectations.


  • Cold call into companies and identify who the key manager to sell our service to is, specific to Information Technology Industry
  • Build rapport with manager and see if there is a need today or in the future
  • Maintain a database of quality hiring managers, and have the ability to follow up on a regular basis
  • Gather leads that will help build database of clients either through social media or networking
  • The ability to think outside the box in order to get new clients or close deals
  • Negotiate bill rates with clients


  • College degree is a must
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Industry knowledge is not required, but is a plus
