We are seeking a Business Analyst (Planisware or project tracking tools like Planisware is a must) to join the BA team. The BA team is responsible for providing business related support services to MFG, engineering, and quality spaces.
The Business Analyst's primary role is to provide support on the Planisware system that is used for all aspects of project management. The Planisware system is used for reporting on the many aspects of cost, quality, and time schedules. The reporting is done at set intervals as well as when requested by management. The person filling the role should enjoy information system management and program development, to support and improve operations and reporting. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable configuring and customizing integrated applications, ensuring that design objectives are met in a timely manner.
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor degree in a science or engineering discipline from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred. You will have 5-9 years of experience as a BA or as an Information System Analyst, including at least 5 years experience working with Planisware or other project tracking tools.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Support the Planisware application.
Gather user requirements and generate easy-to-execute functional requirements.
Participate in creating comprehensive business processes following company procedures.
Participate in program development. Implement the information system management.
Drive the implementation of projects.
Write functional requirements for various projects.
Revise and update system life cycle.
Provide the necessary testing when deploying new functionalities. Training system users whenever needed.
Analyze audit results to identify systemic issues, and recommends and implements necessary actions.
