POSITION TITLE:  Campaign Quality & Integration Lead

 

PURPOSE:

The Campaign Quality & Integration Lead manages and champions Campaign Management quality assurance via robust testing of campaigns, drives quality standards, and identifies opportunities to automate testing.  They develop and maintain test plan and test case templates and serve as the lead for the Incident Management process and reporting.  In addition, the Campaign Quality & Integration Lead collaborates with Campaign Planning Managers and IT Quality Assurance to support vendor data integration testing.

 

RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to the Director of the Digital Marketing  and oversees the Campaign Quality Assurance and end to end testing specialist function.  This position interacts with multiple NNI internal functions, such as Campaign Planning, Campaign Operations Specialists, Digital Strategy, Strategic Capabilities, Emerging Technologies, Marketing Operations, Campaign Content Librarian, IT, as well as external operational vendors and agencies.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Manage and champion Campaign Management quality and assurance via robust testing of campaigns, including identifying opportunities to automate testing
  • Participate in the review of the Business Requirements Documents (BRD) to assess the campaign requirements
  • Manage the data integrations with external vendors
  • Develop and maintain test plan and test case templates.  
  • Lead the Incident Management process and reporting for NNI and drive NNI’s quality standards
  • Ensure development of integration strategy and associated vendor interface governance
  • Collaborate with Campaign Planning Managers and Campaign Quality Assurance to support vendor data integration testing
  • Develop and maintain business processes and artifacts required to support operations and hand-offs with internal and external partners
  • Define and implements test scripts, manage user acceptance testing,  perform data validations/audits and make recommendations for improvements
  • Work with Campaign Specialist to create processes to verify that email communications render correctly and that they are delivered to the inbox of the intended recipient
  • Perform QA on email deployments, including manage the proofing and A/B testing support email proof QA, and review Return Path email deliverability
  • Monitor the appropriate tagging on emails to track user response and engagements
  • Drive execution of UAT for website deployments, ensuring data capture requirements and customer entry into the appropriate RM streams based on campaign business rules
  • Monitor campaign inbound/outbound responses/fulfillments, ensuring fulfillments released according to the campaign requirements
  • Support the Incident Management process by logging campaign defects as required
  • Work with Campaign Operations Managers, Brand and Agencies, and Campaign Specialists to ensure effective Program Management efforts around deliverables, activities, timing/deadlines, etc.
  • Strategize quality assurance procedures and hold vendors accountable for quality assurance Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

 

KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Marketing or related field
  • Minimum of three to five years working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) preferred with at least three years of testing experience required
  • Minimum of three to five years of Software Quality Assurance testing using manual processes or automated tools preferred
  • Lead: A minimum of 10 years of patient/HCP marketing, database marketing, CRM, account management, project management and/or other related roles
  • Specialist: Position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience as a quality assurance analyst with a proficiency using testing tools required
  • Prior experience of managing teams and driving engagement and performance
  • Hands-on experience in creating test cases or use cases to validate that data feeds function as expected
  • Foundation in understanding Campaign Management platform, data feeds from systems and websites
  • Prior hands-on experience with operational Campaign Management programs that involve data integration with digital channels
  • Experience testing email marketing, direct mail, data entry, telemarketing (inbound and outbound), and digital marketing programs
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of SQL preferred
  • Experience with MS Office products, including MS Project and SharePoint
