Project Manager I (Professional)

JOB PURPOSE
Business Transformation Manager will collaboratively work in cross-functional manner with industrial affairs and commercial teams to effectively plan, drive and project manage several initiatives in support of Industrial Affairs.
• Provide support for expense management to the finance team
• Provide support for legal requests
• Coordinate and plan “Welcome Day” for the site upon return to site
• Restart the United Way Campaign in collaboration with the UW team
• Provide support for documentation retention requests
• Support the site and laisse for ITS processes
• Provide internal control support for modified processes
• Support and coordinate for any monetary or product charitable donations
• Support SOP updates with an emphasis on ensuring internal controls are considered
• Oversee and manage Data Privacy Project in coordination with the global team
• Representative on the Site Leadership Team
• Participate in weekly Go Gemba activities
• Directly support the Site Head for any ad hoc requests
• Self-starter to identify potential project and improvement needs
• Supporting data analytics for the Pandemic Task Force

In addition to the above, there may be a variety of early stage projects with respect to the ERP project, for which formal project management would be warranted (e.g., ERP upgrade from JD Edwards to SAP)

Drive enhanced proficiency and capacity of business transformation, through effective coaching and mentoring of peers, thereby helping to build a robust and resilient cross-functional innovation network.
Required educational background and job-related experience:
• Minimum B. A degree or pursuit of B.S. degree; preferred Accounting, ITS or Business Management
• Preferred manufacturing industry or relevant experience in project management
• Successful project management track record

• Experience of team/network management and virtual team management
• Technical savviness with common Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong analytical, data management and data visualization skills

• Effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen
• Effective meeting facilitation skills
• Strong analytical skills: possess the ability to analyze problems, identify key issues, develop strategic and tactical solutions, and design metrics to measure business impact

REPORTING
The Business Transformation Manager will report solid line to Head of NA CHC Industrial Affairs
